Getting started: your first weekly report
The fastest way to see what Trelleon does is to let it report on your own search performance. Three steps: connect Google, get your first weekly report, approve a fix. You can be through all three in a single sitting.
Connect Google
From Settings, connect the Google account that owns your Search Console and Analytics. Trelleon reads your search and traffic data; it never posts or changes anything on its own. This is the only setup step the first report needs.
Get your first weekly report
Once Google is connected, your reporting agent pulls the last week of data and writes a plain-language report: what moved, what slipped, and the handful of fixes worth doing next. The first one is ready within a few minutes; after that it runs on its own every week.
Approve a fix
Each report ends with concrete, ranked fixes. Pick one and approve it. Nothing goes live until you do. The agent drafts the exact change, you see the before and after, and only your approval ships it. That is the whole loop: read, approve, done.
Common questions
What does connecting Google let Trelleon see?
Read-only access to the Search Console and Analytics data for the properties you choose. It uses that to write your report. It does not read your email, and it does not change anything without your approval.
Will anything change on my site automatically?
No. Every change is a proposal you approve first. You see the exact diff before it ships, and nothing goes out until you say so. If you never approve anything, nothing ever changes.
How often do reports run?
Weekly, automatically, once Google is connected. You can also ask for one any time by messaging your reporting agent.
I do not use Google Search Console. Can I still get value?
The reporting wedge is built around Google data, so it is the fastest first win. Trelleon does plenty beyond reporting, but if search data is not relevant to you, book a call and we will point you at the right starting place.
Something is broken or I am stuck. How do I get help?
Open the Support dialog from the footer of the app sidebar and send a note. It reaches a real person and we usually reply within one business day. You can also check the status page to see if it is a known issue.
Still stuck?
Open Support from inside the app, email support@wedoworldwide.com, or book time with us directly.
